Visitor permits are free of charge and are valid for a single visit. Permits may be obtained from the Information Booth (M-F 7:30am-4:30pm) located south of the Union or from Parking Services, 108 Edwards Hall, located across from the Vet Medicine Facilities and are available 24/7 at the KSU Police Dispatch Office, also in Edwards Hall. The Parking lot behind the Vet School requires an O permit.

Your on-campus fitness facility, including free weights, aerobic equipment, indoor track, basketball courts and more. Vet Med students have a membership that is included with their tuition.

The spouse of student can purchase a membership for the current semester the student is enrolled. The rates for such are $15.00 a month. Upon purchasing, the spouse of the student would need to bring the student’s ID with them. For anyone to get a membership they must be affiliated with K-State or their spouse must be.

Each class elects an officer in charge of coordinating IM sports for the students, spouses are welcome to participate.

UFM is a multifaceted community education and resource program serving K-State, Manhattan and the surrounding area. UFM is dedicated to providing opportunities for lifelong learning and self-development. Over 200 classes are presented each semester.

Great Ice Cream! Great Prices! The KSU Dairy Processing Plant is situated in Call Hall on the north side of campus. Call Hall is at the intersection of Mid Campus Dr. and Claflin.

The unit (Call Hall 155) has facilities to process fluid milk, ice cream, cheese, and butter. The unit is used for teaching, research, and extension activities. It serves as a laboratory for many students in the department of Animal Sciences. They learn about processing and marketing of dairy products. The dairy products are sold through the sales counter (Call Hall 144) attached to the unit. The dairy bar is conveniently located next to the parking lot.

ID Card Required: Students must show their current K-State student ID card to receive services.
Student fees cover doctor fees for students (not tests etc.) Spouses can pay to receive services at
the health center. Call for details.
Services include: General Medical, Allergy-Immunization-Foreign Travel, Health Promotion, Laboratory, Minor Emergency Care, Nutrition Counseling, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Sports Medicine, Women’s Clinic.
