Call For Abstracts!!!!

 

Phi Zeta Research Day: Tuesday, March 16, 1999
Submission Deadline: February 26, 1998
Categories: Basic Research ($150, $100, $50 awards; undergraduates, graduate students, veterinary students, post-docs, house officers) Clinical Research ($150, $100, $50 awards; undergraduates, graduate students, veterinary students, post-docs, house officers) Production Animal Award ($200 award- production animal research or clinical case report presented by a veterinary student) Clinical Case Report ($100 award for case presentation by 3rd or 4th year veterinary student)

Submission Instructions: Abstracts are limited to 1 page, single-spaced, with 1" margins, and a heading which includes the title of the presentation, the names of the authors, and the authors' affiliations. The name of the faculty sponsor should be underlined. Funding or other support should be acknowledged in a footnote. Fonts should be 10 point or larger, and easy to read. An electronic version of the abstract (Word, Word Perfect, or text file) should be submitted along with the hard copy, on diskette or via e-mail. The time allotted for each presentation (including questions) will be 15 minutes. Abstracts should be submitted to Lisa Freeman (A&P, freeman@vet.k-state.edu).
