The scholarships and awards recognize members of the outgoing senior class who have achieved excellence in academics, leadership and specialty areas of study while in veterinary school.

“Although the scholarship support is greatly appreciated by our students as the cost of education continues to rise, just as important is the recognition of work well done during our annual honors banquet,” Ronnie Elmore, associate dean of academic affairs, said. “In addition to recognizing our students during our honors banquet, many of our 4th year student scholarships honor previous faculty members, college friends, and alumni. Our annual honors banquet is truly a celebration of past accomplishments and an anticipation of future productive careers.”
