The KSU Chapter of the
American Association of Swine Veterinarians is comprised of veterinary students with an
interest in swine practice. As the newest food animal club, we look forward to the
upcoming years.
Although the range of experience within the club
varies, all students with an interest in learning more about swine and the various
management practices involved with this profession are welcome.
Monthly meetings are held featuring faculty members
as well as swine practitioners as guest speakers. Wet labs are also being planned for the
coming year. These labs are an excellent opportunity to gain some hands-on experience in
swine management practices.
We welcome you to Kansas State University and extend
