Job Type:Practice for Sale
Located in Kitimat, British Columbia. Population 11,500. Kitimat is nestled in a pristine mountain valley at the mouth of the Douglas Channel 60 miles inland from Prince Rupert. This clinic has potential for exponential growth. Last year, the clinic grossed $300,000 while only being operated with a veterinarian 2 days a week and staffed with a receptionist 4 days a week. In addition, the next closest veterinary hospital (35 miles away) has recently closed. Sale includes 1409 sq ft building with ample parking, all equipment and inventory. World-class fishing and skiing are minutes away. Death in family forces sale, otherwise, selling this clinic would not be considered. For more information, call 250-635-5009.
