Tests, Sample Submission Guidelines and Fees

Sample Submission Form

Sample Submission - Fluorescent Antibody Assays

Samples for fluorescent antibody tests should be submitted to the lab on ice or with cold packs, Not Frozen, and not fixed in formalin. Sample should be sent in whirl pack bags or other non-breakable containers. Please Do Not Send Samples in Glass Containers or Test Tubes. Ship samples overnight delivery if possible. If lesions are observed, please send diseased as well as some surrounding normal tissue. For questions concerning sample submission and testing availability, contact the Diagnostic Laboratory at (785)532-5650.
