Australia ISO Microchip 1 required, last within 12 months of export. One titer drawn at least 60 days, but no more than 12 months prior to export (150 days ideal).  Minimum 30 days. 180 days from draw of first serology sample must pass before release from quarantine. 
British Virgin Islands Microchip or Tattoo 2 required, last vaccination at least 1 month prior to serology & w/in 12 months of export. One titer completed before export with no wait before travel.  Must wait at least one month after last vaccination to draw sample. None
Cayman Islands ISO Microchip or Tattoo 1 required after microchip implantation & between 6-12 months of importation. Imported 6 months after draw date of RNATT, except for exempt animals (2 rabies vaccinations 6 mos. to 1 year apart). None
France (& most EU countries) ISO Microchip or Tattoo 1 required. Titer at least 30 days after rabies vaccination. Can arrive from approved areas 3 months after rabies antibody titer with no quarantine.
Guam Microchip 2 required, last vaccination between 12 and 3 months of export. One titer received by testing lab at least 120 days prior to export. Five days or less, if all qualifications are met.
Hawaii AVID or Home Again brand Microchip 2 required, last vaccination between 12 and 3 months of export. One titer received by testing lab at least 120 days prior to export. Five days or less if all qualifications are met. Alternatively, 30 or 120 day quarantine for pets that do not qualify.
Iceland Microchip 1 required after microchip implantation and within one year of importation. Titer after rabies vaccination.   Check with Iceland authority.
Japan ISO Microchip 2 required Titer 180 days prior to arrival None with approved titer
Malta Microchip 1 within 1 year of export. One titer completed between 3 and 6 months of departure. Second titer while in quarantine. Minimum of 30 days. 180 days if last RNATT was not passed.
New Zealand Microchip or Tattoo 1 vaccination between 1 and 6 months of export. Two titers required. One prior to application for import permit at least 6 months before export.  Minimum of 30 days. 180 days if last RNATT was not passed.
Norway Microchip or Tattoo 1 required Titer >120 days post rabies vaccination and not later than the last day the validity of the vaccination expires. None with approved titer.
St. Vincent & Grenadines Microchip 2 required, last at least 30 days prior to, but w/in 12 months of export. Two titers required, drawn at least 4 weeks apart.  May depart 30 days after last draw date. 30 day in home quarantine.  Two vaccinations required w/in first 30 days of arrival.
St. Kitts & Nevis AVID Microchip 2 required, last at least 30 days prior to, but w/in 12 months of export. Two titers required, drawn at least 4 weeks apart.  May depart 30 days after last draw date. 30 day in home quarantine.  Two vaccinations required w/in first 30 days of arrival.
Sweden Microchip or Tattoo 1 required Titer >120 days post rabies vaccination, but <365 days None with approved titer.
Taiwan Microchip 1 required, last within 12 months of export Titer 180 days up to 24 months prior to arrival. 21 days with approved titer
Trinidad & Tobago Microchip 1 vaccination between 6 & 12 months of entry. One titer drawn at least 60 days, but no more than 12 months prior to export (150 days ideal). Second titer upon arrival. 180 days from draw of first serology sample, minimum 30 days. 180 days if last RNATT was not passed.
United Kingdom ISO Microchip 1 required after microchip implantation. Animals from approved areas, including US and Canada, may be imported 6 months after serum draw date.  None with approved titer, with the exception of a few days for paperwork to clear in some cases.
