We offer a DNA sequencing service using a Beckman-Coulter CEQ 8000 DNA Analysis System. We can sequence plasmid DNA constructs and PCR products. We strive to keep our turnaround time short (24-48 hrs). Results are mailed to clients via e-mail. Included in each e-mail will be a standard chromatogram file (graphic representation of nucleotide sequence) and a text file of each sequence.
