Per the Terms and Conditions of the Campus Agreement, institutions are required to maintain proper records of all users. Microsoft reserves the right to audit customers during the term of the agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, and recommends that licensed users initial and sign an Acceptance Form when media is distributed. A sample Acceptance Form is shown below and is available for download and printing through the link to the right of this page. CaTS will be responsible for maintaining records concerning the Campus Agreement. Sample

software is made available to you because the KSU College of
Veterinary Medicine has purchased the Microsoft® Campus Agreement,
effective October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. Please

will read and abide by the license agreement associated
with this software. q
I understand that
Microsoft will provide no technical support for the software, and that
CaTS support is limited to licensed software installed on state-owned
computers only. q
I understand the minimum
specifications to run the software, and that compatibility issues
involved in upgrading an operating system may result in the need to
update hardware. q
I
understand that if KSUCVM does not renew this agreement or exercise
the buyout option or otherwise purchase perpetual licenses for the
software, then I must delete or remove the software licensed under
this agreement from my computer(s) at the time the agreement expires
or is terminated. |
