The Campus Agreement grants licensing to the CVM faculty and staff reported to Microsoft as “knowledge” employees at the time of the agreement application. A “knowledge” employee is defined as a faculty or staff member who uses a computer as part of their daily work function at the institution. The CVM Business Office will maintain, and supply Computing and Technical Support (CaTS) with, a record of all licensed faculty and staff. Only licensed faculty and staff are covered in the agreement and may receive copies of software for installation. |
