Deployment: 

Special media is required for software installation of the licensed products.  CaTS will purchase the media from our Authorized Education Reseller.  The agreement allows CaTS to make “true and complete” copies of the media for distribution to licensed faculty and staff.  There are several options available for licensed faculty and staff to acquire media for installation: 

• Call the CaTS hotline to set up an appointment for installation on office and lab machines.  Installation can be made to run from a network server if desired or as required by hardware limitations.
  
  

• Check out a copy of the media for installation on home computers.
  
  

• Request a personal copy of the media for installation on home computers. A copy of the media will be ready for pick-up from Trotter Room 9 within 48 hours of making a request.

NOTE:  ALL media require the use of a Installation Product Keys (IPKs).  The IPKs are assigned to KSUCVM and are intended for the sole use KSUCVM faculty and staff.   The IPKs can only be distributed to licensed faculty and staff within KSUCVM.  KSUCVM will be held responsible for unauthorized use of the IPKs.
