Class Biography Booklets

Please fill out the biography forms that were mailed to you earlier, or go to http://www.vet.k-state.edu/depts/alumni/forms/bios/bios.aspx   If you want to update information already sent to us, fill in your name and information you would like updated.  Please preface the information with "UPDATE" so we will know this is an update.  You will need to fill out your name, birthday and e-mail.

We need these returned to us as soon as possible so we can complete the class biography booklets by June.
