  • I will be a first year in the fall, and I'm looking for a female roommate to live with me in my 3bed/2bath trailer home. Rent would be $310 plus half of utilities. There's a washer and dryer in the home. Indoor pets 15 lbs or less are allowed. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and would be able to use the extra bedroom as a study space.   • 1999 Clayton Alamo 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home (16'x60'). The past two owners have been veterinary students and it’s in great shape. Spacious master bedroom with large connected bathroom with a garden tub and double sinks. Second bedroom and bathroom are smaller, but I currently have a roommate and we both live pretty comfortably. The kitchen is well laid out with a center island, newer gas stove/oven, fridge, and an attached laundry room includes an electric washer and dryer. Central air, gas heat, electric water heater. The trailer has a newer wooden deck (covered) that extends out into a nice sized yard. An extra high, extra wide carport was put in a few years ago. This is a very nice place to live and I'd hate to have to move, but I just got a golden retriever puppy and the park (Countryside Estates) has a 15# weight limit on pets. Aside from the pet limit, though, this is a great park to live in. The managers are friendly, it's only 2 miles from the vet school, and best of all the lot rent is only $152 a month (includes trash; one of the cheapest in town). Asking $18,000.
