(about 15 minutes from the veterinary school). Bedrooms are
slightly smaller but are adjacent to a large family room in
the basement. There is a good-sized yard with privacy fence
surrounding it, and the garage is beyond-words large. Pets
are welcome, though there are presently two dogs and a few

One roommate is needed
in a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Male or female is
welcome. There are already two female graduate students and
one male graduate students living in the house. The house is
in nice condition and all the furniture, except in the
bedroom is already furnished. There are hardwood floors
throughout the main level in the house. The basement is
finished and we are in the process of building a bar for
casual hanging out. The kitchen is large with dishwasher and
a washer and dryer in the basement. We have storage in the
basement and the porch. The bedroom you would be living in
is large, has a high ceiling, and two large windows. The
neighborhood is quiet and the house is only one block from
city park. It is also close to Aggieville and campus. Pets
are welcome. Water and trash are included in rent. Utilities
and cable/internet usual add up to around $60 a month. The
rent is $290 a month. The lease starts in August and goes

The apartment is in an adorable house, consisting of the
entire top floor (2 other apartments in the house - a main
floor apt, & a basement apt). Quick walk to campus,
Aggieville, and City Park. Furnished. No pets (sorry).
