looking for a female roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment. The
apartment is in an adorable house, consisting of the entire top
floor (2 other apartments in the house - a main floor apt, & a
basement apt). Quick walk to campus, Aggieville, and City Park.
Furnished. No pets (sorry). Enormous bedrooms with 2 closets each,
also storage closets, small deck, etc. Off-street parking. All
utilities paid except electric, which we split and it is really
cheap. Rent is $285 each/month. I love this apartment (you will
too!) and really want to stay here next year, am looking for a
