Thank you for your interest in K-State College of Veterinary Medicine Continuing Education conferences! We are currently upgrading our on-line registration system to ETrak. Please follow steps 1-3 if this is your first time using ETrak. If you’ve already created a User Account with ETrak registration, please click here.

How do I Register - first time using ETrak

1. When you click on “Register On-Line” from the conference web site, the first page you will see includes a listing of all conferences offered through the K-State Division of Continuing Education. Scroll down to the Veterinary Medicine Section and select “Register Now” beside the conference for which you want to register.
    

2. You will be taken to a log-in screen. If this is the first time you have registered for a conference using ETrak:
    

   1. Do NOT enter your email address and a password at this point

   2. Click on “Do not have a login? Click here to create your registration details.” located below the log-in boxes. Complete the required information (marked with a red *) and create a password. Note: your email address will become your user ID.

   3. After you’ve completed the form, click “Continue”. You will be asked to verify your registration details.

   4. When you’ve verified the details, click “Create My Registration Details”.
       

3. You’ll receive a verification page stating that your details have been created. To register for the conference click the purple text “Click here to continue to the meeting registration you requested…” You will now be allowed to complete the on-line conference registration form.

How do I Register – I have already created a User Account using ETrak
If this is not the first time you have registered using ETrak simply enter your user ID (email address) and password when prompted, then proceed to meeting registration.
