Be sure to bring your family on Sunday, June 6 to take part in the Family Day Activities. With a Sunday Family Activities Ticket your family will have access to:

10:30 am – 12:00 n Conference and Alumni Brunch: Courtyard
12:00 n Walking Tour of K-State Campus: Meet at the Conference Registration Area.  A one hour walking tour of the K-State Campus will highlight campus landmarks. Second Floor Foyer, Student Union
1:00 - 6:00 pm K-State Student Union Recreational Area: Bowling (includes shoe rental), Billiards and Video Golf. Does not include coin operated video games or refreshments at the recreation area desk. K-State Student Union Recreational Area
1:00 pm Tour of the College of Veterinary Medicine #1: The bus leaves from the South entrance of the Student Union at 1:00 pm. The tour begins at 1:30 pm in the Trotter Hall 1st Floor Lobby. The bus will return to the Union at 3:00 pm. Trotter Hall 1st Floor Lobby
1:30 pm Tour of the College of Veterinary Medicine #2: The bus leaves from the South entrance of the Student Union at 1:30 pm. The tour begins at 2:00 pm in the Trotter Hall 1st Floor Lobby. The bus will return to the Union at 3:30 pm. Trotter Hall 1st Floor Lobby
1:30 pm Sunset Zoo Tour: Get a behind-the-scenes tour of Manhattan's Sunset Zoo. The bus leaves from the South entrance of the Student Union at 1:30 pm and returns to the Union at 3:30 pm. South entrance of the Student Union
2:00 pm Walking Tour of K-State Campus: A one hour walking tour of the K-State Campus will highlight campus landmarks. Meet at the Conference Registration Area, Second Floor Foyer, Student Union
3:00 pm It's Not Really About the Dogs – It's About People. Meet the people who raise and train dogs for the Kansas Specialty Dogs Service (KSDS). You'll get to meet the dogs too!! Pat Payne will lead this session. Big 12 Room, Second Floor Student Union.
5:00 pm KVMA Vendor Trade Show Reception: Ballroom, Student Union
7:00 pm Day's Activities end.

Sunday Family Activity Ticket is $25 for the first adult person and $10 for each additional person (i.e. your children or other family members). Adult must accompany children who are under the age of 12. Please fill out the Sunday Family Activity Ticket section on the registration form. Participants must be wearing a Family Day Activity or a conference name badge.

Optional Activities During June 6 – 9

K-State Recreation Complex and Natatorium
Conference attendees are welcome to utilize the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex and the Natatorium throughout the conference. You will need to present a photo ID and your conference name badge to gain admittance. Participants pay on a per-use basis.

Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex - $5 (full workout facility)
Natatorium - $3 (swimming)

For current recreation facility hours, call 785-532-6000.
A campus parking permit (included with conference registration) is required unless you park in the metered stalls or are parking after 5 pm on weekdays.
