This workshop will:
1) Review the diagnosis and management/treatment of the most common endocrine disorder in cats

2) Update veterinarians on feline lower urinary tract disorders

3) Discuss the approach to the neurologic cat, and review some of the more common neurologic problems in cats

4) Conduct group discussions of difficult feline cases.

This program aims to provide a comprehensive overview of bull breeding soundness evaluation, including techniques, interpretations and perspectives. Review of bull anatomy and physiology and common problems encountered will lead into semen collection and examination. Results and experience using the Theriogenology evaluation system will be discussed, as well as particular challenges with young bulls. Bull behavior and management will be discussed, as well as prospects for new technologies. Equipment will be on display, and tips and tricks will be discussed. At the end of the day, participants will have a better idea of the bull BSE and its role in improving beef cattle management for clients.

5:00 to 6:00 pm Conference "Kick-Off" Reception and Alumni Recognitions. Join us in Trotter Hall Room 2 for complimentary hors d’oeuvres and punch. Visit with the KSU CVM administration and faculty. The E.R. Frank and Distinguished Alumnus Awards will be presented.
6:00 pm Conference Outdoor Dinner at the tent area between Trotter Hall and the Veterinary Medical Sciences Building. Menu: pork and beef ribs, chicken, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, cake, pop, and tea. Event catered by Anderson’s Bar-B-Que Sauce Company.
  The Veterinary Medical Alumni Association Annual Business Meeting. Dr. Jim Hall will be presiding. The agenda will include election of officers and executive board members. A vote will be called for proposed changes in the bylaws and for a proposed amendment to require dues.
