be made based on the number of registrations vs. the program costs. If the conference is
canceled, we will notify only the people who have registered. If you have registered and
the meeting is canceled, we will notify you by August 13. If the conference is canceled,
we will refund you the registration fee but cannot be held responsible for other travel or
